Accounts
You are responsible for:
- keeping login credentials secure
- activity under your account
- accuracy of your company data
Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You may cancel anytime from your dashboard
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform
- attempt unauthorized access
- interfere with system security
- reverse engineer the software
Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
Averonix is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, business loss, or data loss resulting from service use.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
